  • Cheese – 250gm
  • Boiled Potatoes – 2 Fine
  • Refined flour – 4 tbsp
  • Corn floor – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 4 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 3 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 3 tsp
  • Ground meat masala – 2 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Onion – 4 medium finely chopped
  • Tomatoes – 2 finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped

Vegetarian Egg Curry Method

Tighten all the paneer with fine grated ginger and separate 1/4 portion of the paneer in a plate, add turmeric and nanak and knead it. The color of this mixture will be like egg yoge. Now add a little refined oil and knead this mixture. Make tablets equal to egg yoge.
Add 2 boiled potatoes to the remaining cheese, grated with fine grated 4 tbsp maida del 1 tbsp corn flour. Pour this mixture and fill it with egg yoge tablets and give it an egg shape. Now make a mixture by mixing 1 table spoon flour and 1 table spoon corn floor and wrap the mixture on the egg and keep it for 10 minutes.

Heat the refined pan in a pan and fry these eggs until they turn golden brown.Heat the mustard oil in the pan for gravy, add garlic ginger paste to it, then add finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown then tomatoes are finely choppedAdd the meat masala called coriander turmeric and after the roasted gravy thickens, add the egg you have prepared and cook with an egg after adding a little water, after the gravy thickens, serve the hari coriander hot.
