6 eggs
2 potatoes
2 onions

2 cups oil
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste

How to Cook Spanish Omelette in 15 minut?

To make Spanish omelette.
First, cut the potatoes round and round and also cut the onion.
Put oil in a pan on medium heat and keep it for heating.
Meanwhile, put olive oil in it.
After this, add potatoes and salt in it and fry it on low heat for 10 minutes.
After adding the onion, mix it and fry till it becomes light golden. Remember, do not burn them.

  • On the other hand, put eggs in a vessel and pour them.
    Add salt and pepper powder to it and whisk well.
    Now turn off the gas and keep the sieve on a vessel and sift all the oil from the potato and onion and sieve.
  • Add fried potatoes and onions to the egg and mix.
    Put the pan on medium heat and put the egg mixture in it.
    After cooking the omelette from one side, flip it and bake it till it becomes golden from the other side.
    Now turn off the gas and take it out in a plate of omelette.
  • Spanish omelette is ready. Serve it with chutney.
