Material of Soya Chaap Curry

2 tablespoons oil

4 soya chap sticks

1 bay leaves

1 tsp cumin seeds

2 tbsp onion paste

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 cup water

1 cup tomato paste

2 tbsp coriander leaves

A pinch of fenugreek leaves

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 cup cream

How to make soya chap curry

Put oil in a pan and put soya chap stick in it. Fry them till they become light brown. After frying the soya chap sticks, take them out and fry the bay leaves, cumin and onion paste in the remaining oil. After frying lightly, add salt and turmeric to it. Mix them well and add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder.

Mix all the spices well and add water to it. Now add tomato paste and cook the gravy on low heat. Mix garam masala with green coriander and kasoori methi. After mixing them well, add cream and mix once again. Now put the fried soya chap sticks and cook for a while. Garnish with cream and serve.
