necessary ingredients of Soy manchurian
1 cup soybeans
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
21/2 tablespoons maize flour
Salt to taste
To fry oil
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp garlic finely chopped
1/2 tbsp ginger (if desired)
1/2 cup onion / onion (green or white) finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
11/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
11/2 tbsp vinegar
3/4 tsp sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Method of Soy manchurian
Put 3-4 cups of water in a vessel and heat it. When hot, add soybeans to it. Boil the soybean for a while.
When the soybean becomes soft, sieve it and turn off the gas.
Now add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder and maize flour in soybean and beat it well and leave it for 10 minutes.
Now heat oil in a pan and put soybeans in it and cook it on low heat. When it starts to turn golden, remove it and keep it in a vessel.
Now to make soup…
Combine one teaspoon of corn flour in 1 cup of water and whisk it well.
To make soup, put oil in a pan and heat it. After heating, add garlic and chopped vegetables (onion and capsicum) and fry for about 5 minutes on high flame.
When the time is over, mix vinegar with soy, chili and tomato sauce.
Now put the beaten corn flour in the pan. Also add water to the soup.
After this, add salt and sugar as per taste. (Enjoy chicken manchurian with rice)
Now reduce the heat and mix it well and keep cooking it until the gravy becomes thick.
When the soup is ready, turn off the gas and mix black pepper powder in it.
Now keep it to cool down.
When it cools down, add soybeans to it and serve. (Bread Manchurian)
