400 gm Cheese
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp oil
2 small spoon ginger garlic paste
2 tsp cornflour
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp cauliflower
Method of preparation – How to make Paneer Tikka
Mix the curd well.
First, put the paste that was made in the curd. Add all the spices to it along with the ginger garlic paste.
Now mix the paste and spices well. After adding the whole mixture, add chopped pieces of paneer to it.
When all the mixture mixes well, give it a break for a while.
Now heat oil in a pan. Fry the mixed paneer pieces in oil and fry them till they turn light brown. Do the same with all the pieces little by little.
When all the pieces of cheese are well fried, take them out in a plate.
Serve hot with chaat masala or garam masala.
