You can serve this delicious dish not only to your family but also to the guests coming home. So let’s learn how to make it.
Material of Paneer Manchurian :
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 300 grams Paneer
- 4 tablespoon cornflour
2 medium spoon ginger-garlic paste
1 cup finely chopped green chilies
1 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 finely chopped medium size onion
2 tbsp ketchup
2 finely chopped green chilies
A pinch Ajinomoto
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 medium spoon chili sauce
oil Salt as per taste
Method of Paneer Manchurian
1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste and salt as per taste. Then prepare the solution by adding water to it and marinate the pieces of paneer cut into small square pieces.
2. After 20-25 minutes, mix the marinated paneer with finely chopped vegetables and make small balls. Dip them in maida and fry them. When their color starts to turn slightly brown, then filter it out.
3. After all, add two tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste to the hot oil. When it turns golden color, add green chili, capsicum and onion. Then let it cook for about 4-5 minutes.
4. Add ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, Ajinomoto and salt. Add paneer balls and green onions to it. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes and your Manchurian is ready.
