ingredient of paneer lababdar

300 grams Paneer (cut into length)

50 grams Red Tomato

02 Green Chili

1/2 piece Ginger

10 grams Oil

50 grams Onion

1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

01 piece Cinnamon

2-4 Black Pepper

02 Cloves

7-8 Whole Cashew Nuts

01 small Teaspoon melon seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

02 cloves garlic

01 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 cup cream

50 g cottage cheese (grated) salt

5-7 g green coriander (as per taste) Chopped)

02 teaspoon tomato ketchup (for sweetness)

10 g butter

01 tsp kasoori fenugreek

Method of paneer lababdar

Make oil in a pan like this. When oil is hot, add whole spices. Add chopped onions and stir for 2 seconds. Then add chopped tomatoes, melon seeds, cashew nuts, green chillies and ginger-garlic. Add 1/4 cup of water and close the lid and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and grind it finely when the masala cools down. Then strain the spices with a sieve. Now add butter and red chili powder in the same pan. Immediately add gravy to it and cover it and cook on medium flame till oil comes. When the oil appears on the upper surface, add Kasuri methi and grated paneer in it. Add tomato ketchup and cream and stir. Add salt to taste and add chopped paneer pieces. Add green coriander over it and cover and cook for 2 minutes. Collect, the paneer is ready.
