Palak (Spinach) – 500 grams
Paneer – 200 grams (grated)

Fenugreek seeds – 5 grams
Onions – 50 grams (chopped)
Ginger – 5 grams (chopped)
Garlic – 5 grams (chopped)
Cumin Powder – 2 tbsp
Red chillies – 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1,1 / 2 tbsp
Curd – 20 ml
Garam masala powder – to taste
Cream – 10 ml of decoration

Method of Palak Malai Kofta


First boil 500 grams of spinach in water. Then leave in cold water for 2 minutes. After this, add the spinach and make a puree. In a bowl, combine 200 grams of grated cheese, 10 grams of chopped stock, 2 tablespoons of yellow flour, 2 tablespoons of shahi cini and salt as per taste.

Wrap the mixture like flour and prepare small balls. Heat 200 ml of oil in a pan and fry the balls until they turn golden brown and cream. After that, remove it from the tissue paper. Now heat 10 ml of oil in a pan, add 5 grams of fenugreek seeds after adding 50 grams of onions and fry until golden brown. Now add 5 grams of ginger and 5 grams of garlic and cook for a while.

Now add cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add the spinach puree to the spices and mix. Then add 20 ml curd to it. Add salt according to taste. After cooking the spinach puree, add the fried koftas to it and let it cook over low heat. Turn off the gas after a while and serve hot with chapati
