Ingredients to make Sprouted Moong Dal Kebab-
- One cup sprouted moong dal
- – boiled potato
- One tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon gram flour
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- Half tbsp semolina
- -1 chopped onion
- -2 chopped green chilies
- -1-2 teaspoon grated ginger
- -1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leaves
- -salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- -1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- -1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- -1.5 teaspoon roasted cumin-coriander powder
- Half spoon celery
- For oil frying
How to make Sprouted Moong Dal Kebab-
To make sprouted moong dal kebab, firstly add a small amount of water to it to make a smooth paste of sprouted moong. If you want a crunchy test in sprouted moong then make a thick paste of moong dal.
Now peel and mash the sweet potato or potato. Now put all the mixture in a bowl with moong sprouts, sweet potato and all other ingredients (except oil) and knead into soft flour. Now make small kebab-sized tablets from this dough, keep them aside. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs in it. Roast the kebab on both sides until it turns crispy and golden brown on both sides. Sprouted moong dal kebabs are ready. Serve hot with mint or coriander chutney.
