A kilo of chicken

5 small cardamom
2 bay leaves
2 to 3 large cardamoms
2 cinnamon sticks
A cup of yogurt
Two teaspoon coriander powder
A spoonful of red chili powder
One teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon garam masala powder half teaspoon chicken masala
Four tablespoons oil
Salt to taste

Method Of Lucknowi Chikan
First of all wash the pieces of chicken thoroughly.
Heat the oil in the pan, fry the onion till it becomes golden, then grind the onion in a mixer and prepare a thick paste.
Now heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, big cardamom, small cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, then add chicken pieces and cook on medium flame.
Take out the chicken on a plate and cook it in the same oil by adding coriander powder, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chili powder, then add fried chicken and cook.
After that, add onion paste and curd to the chicken, mix well, then add salt and cook the chicken on low flame for 20 minutes.
Now for gravy, add a little water to the chicken and cover the pan and cook the chicken.
When the chicken is cooked, add garam masala powder and chicken masala to it, and turn off the gas.
