500 gram mutton

1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 cup water

1 onion

2 tomatoes

3 green chillies

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp red chilli

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

Method of preparation – How to make Mutton Curry

To make mutton curry, first wash and clean the mutton. Take ginger garlic paste and add curd, salt, red chilli, coriander powder to it. Now add the mutton pieces to this paste, and after doing so keep the pot covered for some time.

Now grind the onion tomatoes in a grinder. Also, cut the green chillies in fine pieces with the help of a knife. Now take a pan and put oil in it, then heat it, add the onion tomato paste and roast it well.

Now add salt, red chilli, coriander, turmeric, garam masala and mix well and keep it for cooking.

When the masala is cooked well, add the mutton pieces mixed in it. Now mix this mixture well and add some water to it. Keep the quantity of water according to your method.

Now keep the pan covered for a while so that the curry cooks well. Leave it to cook for 2 minutes and then turn off the gas. Take out the mixture in a bowl and in a while your mutton curry is ready and survey it for everyone.
