1/2 kg boneless chicken
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp oil
2 tsp red chillies
2 pieces ginger
3-4 pieces garlic
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp black pepper

First, take the chicken pieces and wash them thoroughly with water and clean them. After doing so, dry the pieces.
