Paneer – 300 grams

Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon


Oil – 1 cup

Maida – 1/2 cup

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Curd – 2 tablespoons

Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Cornflour – 2 tablespoons

Garam masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons

Coriander leaves – for garnish

How To Cook Paneer 65


Step 1 First of all, put the paneer in a bowl cut in pieces. Step 2 Now mix garlic, ginger paste, salt, red pepper powder and hot spices in a vessel and mix it well.

Step 3 Then add the paneer pieces to it and mix it well. Leave it like this for about 10 to 12 minutes to marinate. Step 4

Now mix yogurt, cornflour and light tomato sauce in another vessel and add marinated cheese to it and mix it well.

Step 5 Now heat the oil in a pan and fry it well until it turns brown. Step 6 After this, place it on a serving plate and pour lemon juice on top of it and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
