How To Cook Chili Chicken

400 grams boneless chicken
4 tablespoons corn floor
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
8-10 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
8-10 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons Green Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 onions (sliced into large pieces)
1 capsicum (sliced)
Oil as required
Salt to taste
How to make chili chicken (Method!)
First of all, wash the fresh chicken thoroughly with clean water.
Now add chicken in a bowl and add salt, corn flour, black pepper, egg, soy sauce and red chili sauce and mix well.
Marinate the chicken and keep it for 20 minutes.
After the time, put oil in the pan and keep it on medium flame for heating.
When the oil is well heated, deep fry the chicken pieces.
- Keep in mind that these pieces of chicken have to fry till they turn golden brown.
Now put some oil in another pan and keep it on the heat.
When the oil is hot, add garlic and green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
When the aroma of roasting garlic starts, add onion, capsicum and fry it for 15-20 seconds. Then add the chicken.
Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt to it.
Now mix them all well and cook it on high flame while stirring for 3-5 minutes.
