Prepare the Christmas Cake 2020 Master Cook style
Material of Christmas Cake
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dates cut
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup glazed cherry chopped
1/4 cup chopped
1/2 cup Broken Frutti
1/4 cup black raisins and red raisins
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1.5 cups of water
Method of Christmas Cake
Combine the broken pieces and all the nuts and dry fruit in a bowl and add a spoonful of maida to it and garnish it.
First of all, sieve the flour and maida and baking powder thoroughly, and keep it on the side.
Heat a pen, add one and a half cups of water to it, when water boils, add chopped dates and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame until the date becomes soft then after 3 minutes turn off the flame.
Add brown sugar to it, add ginger powder, add cinnamon powder and mix it well by adding nutmeg powder and allow it to cool. Let the room temperature, when it comes to the room temperature, take it out in a bowl.
Add vanilla essence and mix it well, later add oil to it and mix it well too, add sifted flour and flour mixture and mix it well to make it better
If the batter is well prepared, then mix all the nuts and broken fruits and mix them well.
Mix it well and grease it with a butter paper and put it in a loaf tin and tape it well and garnish with the nuts and the broken pieces for the garnis that we have left over. Bake in an oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. When baked and cooled, cut it and serve it.
