Chicken Bharta

#Chicken Kim – 1 / 2kg.# Mustard oil – 3 tablespoons
# Badi ilaichi (Cardamom) – 4
# Onion – 3
# Cassia – 2
# Green Chili – 2
# Tomatoes – 3
# Heang – a pinch
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
# Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
# Chopped Ginger Garlic – 2 teaspoons
# Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
# Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
# Turmeric Powder – a pinch
# Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
# Salt – As per taste
# Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon

Method chicken Bharta

Finely chop the onion. Put the chicken kim in a cup of water and put it in an oven. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a nonstick pan and add big cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper and asafetida to it and fry it for two minutes. Add cumin ginger garlic and fry until golden. Now add onions to the pan, after roasting a minut, add chopped chillies and chopped tomatoes to the pan. Roast until the oil separates. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt to the pan and mix. Add the chicken kim and cook for at least twenty minutes on a low flame, stirring continuously. Add coriander leaves and mix. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
