2 cups gram flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup ghee
1/2 bowl Cashew-Almonds, finely chopped
1 tsp cardamom powder
A pan / pan
2 tablespoons water
1 tsp pistachio slice
Method of Besan Ke Laddu!
How to make Besan Ke Ladoos
Place the pan or pan on medium heat.
Then add ghee to it.
When ghee is hot, add gram flour and mix it well.
Fry the gram flour and roast it for 10-12 minutes on low flame.
When the gram flour smells like aroma, add almond-cashew and mix well.
After this, sprinkle water on the gram flour. Gram flour will be granulated doing this.
Fry for 1-2 minutes while running until the water dries and turn off the heat.
Take out this mixture in a big plate.
When it cools down, add sugar boora and cardamom powder and mix it well.
- You will find that sugar has dissolved in gram flour.
- Make ladoos of the desired size with this mixture.
- Put pistachio clipping on the ladoos.
