  • -1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • -1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • -1 teaspoon fennel
  • As per need
  • -4 boiled potatoes
  • -1 chopped onion
  • -2 finely chopped green chilies
  • -1 inch piece of ginger
  • -6 cloves garlic
  • Oil and salt as required

How to Make Aloo Kulcha –


To make aloo kulcha, first knead the dough and then mix all the flour ingredients together and make a wet dough. Use a lot of curd to make this dough. After this, make the potato spices by keeping this dough aside for 30 minutes. Make aloo masala as spices for aloo paratha. Now save this spice to cool down. Knead the doe one more time until it becomes smooth. Now roll the dough like a kulcha and fill it with spices like aloo paratha. After that, attach it to the pan and fry. When the kulcha is cooked, use it and heat it using butter in it.
