Aloo Chapli Kabab
The recipe of this kebab does not contain much spices nor will it use more vegetables.

2 tablespoons ground coriander seeds
2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
2 tsp chili flakes
1 cup Poha
4-5 raw potatoes
2 green chillies
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Oil for frying
First of all, grate the potatoes and put them in cold water.
Step 2 Now finely chop two onions, green chillies.
Step 3 Now wash 1 cup of poha and keep it for flowering.
Step 4 Mix all the spices in this kabab and keep it.
Step 5 Now take out the extra water from the potato and then mix all the ingredients together and give it the shape of the kabab.
Step 6 Now fry the kababs on medium flame.
Step 7 Serve it hot from both sides and serve it hot. Your Aloo chapli kababs are ready.
