Cottage Cheese – 200 grams
Oil – 1 teaspoon

Chopped onion – 2
Garlic buds – 3

Parantha Pickle Masala – 2 tsp
Fennel – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – as required
Tomato puree – 1 1/2 cups
Kasuri Methi – 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Cream – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – for garnishing

Method of Achari Paneer

Grind onion, ginger, garlic, parantha pickle masala and fennel in a grinder. Heat the oil in the pan and add spices paste and fry it for three to four minutes.
